Milky Way..

During my first confinement, I don’t really have a good chance to breastfeed my baby. All mistaken started when my first & second day, my b00ps did not actively producing milk for my baby. Whenever my baby was learned feeding using bottle, she refused to suckling from my you-know-what. So in order for me to provide a good nutrition to my baby, I have to pump my milk and feed using bottle. I tell you its affect a lot. As its my first timer mummy, and my you-know-what does not get signal from my baby, plus stress and not having a good night sleeps, makes my milk refuse to produced. Whenever I visit pediatrician, and knowing that my baby was not fully breastfed, knowing Malaysian medical practitioner, they going to lecturer at you bla bla bla which is does not help me actually.

Why did I bring this topic? Yup actually for past few weeks, I’m experiencing leaking from by b00ps. I mean, is that normal for you to have this so-called initial milk-leaking during 5 months pregnancy?? Anyone can share with me? For my first pregnancy, it’s just happen only a few days before I’m giving birth. But this time for me it’s happen too early. I’m not yet discus with my gynae as my next visit is on this coming May. I’m not really worry actually, just wonder.

So for this coming baby, I really want to breastfeeding my baby at least for first 6 months. I’ve learned that to prevent baby stuck with bottle feed, please use spoon rather than bottle. Because if you are start using bottle some baby will have this 'lazy' attitude from suckling your you-know-what and prefer to suck from fast flow bottle.

Wish me luck. Walaupun lambat lagi, but I really-really want to do this.

1 cheers!!:

Bravo Nadia! I support u all the way to breastfeed your baby. Make it a minimum of 6 mth, not maximum if u can :D I did have some milk when I was even 3 months pregnant, but not leaking like yours. Seems normal to me... read it before, somewhere. May be u can check with your doctor later. Cheers!
