Puding Roti Berkastard

We have 1 bag of G@rdenia bread that going to be expired today. So to save the day, I,m making puding roti berkastard.


Ingredients

  • Roti of course
  • Warm water (enuff to wet all bread slices)
  • Evaporated milk
  • Sugar about 10 -12 heaps of table spoon (adjust sweaten as your liking)
  • Custard flour (5 - 7 heaps of table spoon)
  • Esen vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • Icecream/Fruits for toping (mine is left over peach)

Cut and wet bread slices and sort in your 'loyang' or which ever plate you prefer. Mix milk, sugar, custard, vanilla & eggs and beat well. Pour all beaten ingredients into 'loyang'. Press a bit dan kukus about 20 - 30 mins.

Cool it and serve with toping. Done.
