Bagi nak menambahkan lagi kekebuluran diri ini meh kita cerita pasal makanan raya..
As I was originated from Terengganu and Hubby was from Johor (Jawa some more), both of us would have two different cultures and foods. As we celebrating Johor ways, there are lots of lemang, ketupat nasi, lontong, rendand, kuah lodeh, sambal sotong & dodol being served during First Hari Raya. If I were visiting other relatives or neighbour, the menu was probably the same.
And on second day of Hari Raya, they would probably serving Soto, Mee Curry, Laksa Johor and etc.
Terengganu was the other way around. We most likely will serve a variety of Nasi during first Raya. As my family tradition, Mom will cook Nasi Beriani/Tomato set, Nasi Impit, Lemang, Satay (either goreng or bakar), Kuah Kacang and not to forget Ketupat Palas. Other neighboor or family may have Nasi Dagang, Nasi Minyak or even Nasi Kerabu.

Besok nak balik kampung;Terengganu. Ada rewang kawin... kat Gong Kapas... harus diriku ini mencari laksa... ngidam weh...
