I'm baking my own chocolate pavlova yesterday. Its my first try and I can say separuh jadi heheheh... but anyway it still taste yummy. With inner foamy taste with whip cream support, my pavlova selamat di makan. No picture as presentation does not look good so I pinjam gambar from N1gell@. Since my home does not have penimbang, so all ingredients were measured using spoon and cup. Main agak-agak. If you want to imagine how does it taste, if you've been at Chilis, please order for choc mountain (kalau tak silap la menu tu...).
Recipe was altered. Kalau sape yg nak try tapi takde gak penimbang cam aku ni boleh la try yang ni.
meringue:
4 biji telur putih
secubit garam
secawan gula castor (buleh ditambah/dikurangkan mengikut citarasa)
1 sudu teh cuka makan
2 - 3 sudu makan cocoa powder (mine is V@n H0uten cocoa powder)
choc bar potong - sukatan suka hati la (kalau ikutkan guna dark choc tapi sebab dark choc agak mahal so my first try I'm using cadbury milk choc hehheeheh.. so next time boleh try dark choc bila dah terer)
Topping:
whip cream
any fruits you like
Believe me kalau nak buat small celebration cam birthday celebration tu.. kalau rajin masak tapi nak cepat, pavlova is the worth things to try.
Today I'm making puding caramel for iftar at my uncle's house. Ni kita citer lain kali bila ada masa.
