Bake Macaroni & Mushroom

1.5 cup of macaroni
half tin of chopped button mushroom
1 -2 cups of grated parmesan cheese
1 - 2 table spoons of flour
50 gm butter
100gm chopped sausage
2 teasppons of fresh chopped coriender leaves
500 - 600 ml fresh milk
salt & papper to taste
Cooked macaroni until al dante. Drained.
Mixed macaroni, mushroom, cheese, sausage, coriender leaves. If you garlic lover, you might add in too.
On stove, melt the butter and add flour and milk. Add some salt and papper. Cook until the sauce thicken and no more floury taste. If you like, you can add in chicken stock/cube just to get chicken aroma & taste.
Mix sauce with the mixed ingredients and bake in the oven within 10 minutes in 180 degrees.
Served with Cayenne papper.
