I went to school this morning. Nisa's school open day today. Went in to collect her report card and to listen any feedback or comments from teacher and principal. I did not put any expectation as she still 5 years old.

She managed to get 527 out of 540 total marks. From the number teacher identified her as 3rd best student in her class. - I'm so proud of her.

She very active in her class and love to anticipate for any activity. Only that sometimes she did not listen the instructions by teacher. But that's OK for me because she is still learning. So do the teacher as its normal. She loves drawing and her teacher gave her A+ for her drawing exam. - I'm so proud of her.

She love to speak English in her class compared to Malay language. She will talk English with her Math teacher, Jawi teacher and and BM teacher and sometimes with other students that also able to replied back in English. So the principal asking us if speak English at home. We replied back, my husband will speak English with her and Malay with me. We tried to balance both language for her. But we know sometimes her English she learn from Playhouse Disney Channel. But thats OK for us as long as she use it at the right time. - Again I'm so proud of her.

Now as first time parents that involve with this kind of situation, I need to know, should we reward her something and what would it be? Care to share with me? Thanks.
