Trip to Langkawi

What can I say. 3 days 2 nights was so tiring. Tapi puas hati when I can see happy faces both of my kids. They do really enjoy the trips. Me borong a lots of chocs. Yums!! Lepas ni sumpah muntah cokelat!! Hahaha..

We check-in to 2-stairs-apartment hotel at RM600 per night during peak season. The apartment quite cossy with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Main bedroom I think can fit in 2 king size beds. Luas giler..The service is OK and breakfast OOokkkaaylaaaaa...The hotels was actually have a swimming pool so kids have a blast swim in.

The Trip!

We are not visiting all places. Only Dataran Lang, Makam Mahsuri, Telaga Harbour, Oriental Village (but not cable car) and Chenang Beach.

Dataran Lang - is a must!!. Not because the place was so interesting but its just a mark that we were at Langkawi... Hahhaha..Ok la actually original plan we want to visit to Legend Park but the place was closed for renovation so we had our photo session time with that huge eagle.

Makam Mahsuri - It do change a lot. I was there during 1994. WIth just a small area. A place for you to show a respect to Mahsuri and access the area for free!! Now.. you have to pay RM 5 for adult and RM2.50 for kid below 12 yo. Upon step in the area, you can access to Mini Mahsuri Museum on the right side and watching a group of tradtional musician playing Cak Lem Pong!! errr.. I think its not right to play music near to Mausoleum right?? I dunno.. maybe diff people may have diff view but somehow Langkawi Tourist Authority should place this Cak Lem Pong somewhere else... Kat beras terbakar tu ke... at least even people no longer have a high chance to see burned paddy.. should the entertained with this Cak Lem Pong kan??

Telaga Harbour - Nothing, just stop by to have our lunch and kids wants to see the boats.. nice view here..

Oriental Village - Nice place... build by Berj@ya Group. From here actually you can take a ride to Mat Cincang Mount via cable car.. but since only 3 yo and above allowed to ride in so we decide not to. Kesian kat Najah. But we have a fun looking at kids enjoy with rabbits at Animals park. We (me, nisa & najah) also took a ride on elephant!! Surprise jugak both girls tak takut langsung!! Mama dia je yg cuak! Hahahaha...

Chenang Beach - Just to have santai session after long hot bright day. Have a good time at clean and white beach. Sambil ring ria mandi manda... no photo!! because all "photogrpher" turut berendam... After swimming session, we enjoy out tea time with famous amous Laksa Utara.. yums!! Actually from here you can rent a boat as low as RM25 per person for island hopping to Pulau Dayang Bunting, Eagle Feeding and swim at Pulau Beras Basah. Kena pandai cari la...

We had our dinner near to Dataran Lang area. Having a Nasi goreng with Kang Kung Belacan, Kailan Ikan Masin, Siakap Kukus, Lala masak berlada and also sotong bakar for 5 persons only for RM68 was the yummiest ever!!

Reach home start with laundry. 3 rounds completed. Expected 2 more rounds to go!!.. Penat la.. but I was happy then!
